A working brief before the first quote

Suppliers Chat helps buyers organise a purchasing need into a request for quotation that can be edited and reviewed. The home-page workbench asks for the product, specification, quantity, destination and required date. A buyer can copy or download the draft without sending personal details.

Submitting an enquiry is a separate action. It is intended to pass the reviewed request and contact details to the existing lead channel. Submission does not place an order, select a supplier, validate a company or promise a price or delivery date.
